Contact enquiries

We store your email, optional answer, submission time and limited referral and campaign information to understand interest and respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry is optional and does not commit you to buying anything. Please don’t put confidential information in your answer.

Responses are stored in a private database. We use Resend to email your enquiry to our team so we can respond. They are not published, sold, or sent to analytics. Reply to any email we send in response to your enquiry to request deletion or ask us to stop following up.

Website measurement

We use PostHog to measure page views, referral domains, campaign labels, contact button clicks, and successful new contact submissions. We use a pseudonymous browser identifier stored in your browser to estimate unique visitors. We do not identify visitors by email. We disable automatic interaction capture and session replay, and never send your email or answer to PostHog.

Referral query strings, URL fragments, and arbitrary URL parameters are not sent. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Ad blockers may also prevent measurement.

Retention

We’ll review contact enquiry records after the initial 30-day experiment and remove records that are no longer needed. If the service does not proceed, we’ll delete contact enquiry records within 90 days of deciding to stop.
